AI & AUTOMATION
Connect the tools you use. Give repetitive tasks a clearer path. Put AI to work on defined problems, with people in control of the decisions that matter.
Copying information between tools. Chasing the same follow-up. Preparing the same report. We look for a useful, repeatable process before deciding whether a simple integration, an AI step or a custom tool is the right fit.
Move agreed information between the right tools without another manual copy.
Organise, summarise or draft a first version so your team has a clearer starting point.
Define what runs automatically, what needs review and what happens when something is missing.
Make your existing tools work together around a defined process.
Use AI to prepare a useful first version, with a clear purpose and review.
Build a focused tool when a standard workflow is not enough.
Move a fictional enquiry through a sample workflow. Try an incomplete request to see how an exception is handled. Nothing leaves this page.
Hello, we need a bilingual website for our studio. Could we discuss the next steps?
demo@example.testFictional, predefined examples. No AI model, integration, network request or data storage is used by this demo.Move through the steps to see the sample output.
We agree the input, expected output and purpose of each step. AI is considered where it adds value, rather than added by default.
Tools, permissions, data types and third-party providers are reviewed before connecting the workflow.
Approval points are defined for outputs or actions that need a person’s judgement. Drafting is kept separate from sending or committing.
Missing information, failed integrations and uncertain outputs need a clear fallback, notification or manual route.
We test the agreed scenarios, edge cases and acceptance criteria before enabling the workflow.
Documentation, monitoring, support responsibilities and recurring costs are agreed around how your team will run it.
Understand the task, current tools, information and the decisions involved.

A considered rolloutA focused pilot helps establish whether the idea works in your context. We define scope, access, acceptance criteria and costs before building. AI usage, hosting and third-party subscriptions are discussed separately.
No. Many tasks are better handled with rules or a direct integration. We first understand the process, then choose the simplest suitable approach.
We review available APIs, permissions, data formats and provider restrictions. Feasible integrations and external dependencies are confirmed in the scope. Some services require paid access or an additional approval.
Only actions explicitly agreed in the project are enabled. We define which steps can run automatically and which require approval, including any sending, publishing or changes in connected systems.
We discuss the data involved, who can access it, which providers process it and the retention settings before implementation. Sensitive data and regulatory requirements need to be identified and scoped appropriately.
Yes. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. We define checks, review points and fallback behaviour for the task. We do not present AI output as guaranteed or remove necessary human judgement.
We plan exception paths, which can include a retry, notification, manual review or a stop. The chosen behaviour and monitoring responsibilities are defined for the workflow.
Cost depends on the steps, integrations, data and testing required. We specify setup, handover and any ongoing support in the proposal. Provider subscriptions, usage charges and hosting are identified separately.
