SOFTWARE & PLATFORMS

Less friction.
More momentum.

A product worth launching. A business that runs better. We design and build software around the people who use it — and the problems worth solving.

7+ years of team experienceBuilt around your workflowStart focused. Evolve with purpose.
YOUR BUSINESS HAS OUTGROWN THE WORKAROUNDS.

The work is connected. Your tools should be, too.

When information lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and chat threads, even a simple task can become a chase. A well-designed platform gives people a clearer place to work.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
  • —The same information entered in several places.
  • —Approvals buried in messages.
  • —No clear picture of what happens next.
A BETTER WAY TO WORK
  • A shared source of information.
  • Clear roles, handovers and permissions.
  • The right next action, in the right place.
01 / DIFFERENT AMBITIONS. THE RIGHT FOUNDATION.

What needs to move forward?

01

SaaS & digital products

Turn a useful idea into a product people can use.

We help define a focused first version, shape the experience and build the foundation for learning from real users.

  • Product discovery & MVP scope
  • Accounts, roles & core journeys
  • Subscription or payment integration when needed

02

Internal platforms & ERP

Give your operations a clearer home.

Connect the work across teams with a platform designed around your processes, rather than another workaround.

  • Operations & process mapping
  • Approvals, dashboards & reporting
  • Migration and system integration planning

03

Client & partner portals

Make working together feel effortless.

Give customers or partners a considered place to follow progress, share information and take the next step.

  • Secure accounts & access rules
  • Requests, documents & status tracking
  • Notifications and connected workflows

03 / THE THINKING BEHIND THE SOFTWARE

Useful on the surface. Considered underneath.

01

Start with the real problem

We map your users, processes and constraints before deciding what to build. The first version has a purpose and a clear scope.

02

Design for everyday use

Clear interfaces, useful feedback and thoughtful journeys make software easier to understand and adopt.

03

Connect what matters

Existing tools, data and integrations are reviewed upfront. Migration and external dependencies are scoped explicitly.

04

Plan access & ownership

Roles, permissions, data handling and handover are part of the discussion from the start.

05

Build in manageable steps

Review working versions as the project progresses. Validate the important journeys before adding the next layer.

06

Leave room to evolve

Hosting, documentation, maintenance and future priorities are agreed around the way your team will operate.

04 / A WORKING PRODUCT STARTS WITH A SHARED PICTURE

From “what if” to something useful.

01

Discover

Understand the business, users, existing systems and the problem to solve.

A clear brief
02

Prototype

Map the key journeys and review an interactive direction before the full build.

A shared experience
03

Build & validate

Develop in agreed stages, test the core flows and review working software together.

A product to try
04

Launch & evolve

Prepare deployment, training and handover, then agree the next priorities.

A considered next chapter

Start with what matters most.

You do not need every feature on day one. We help separate the essential first release from the ideas that can follow. Scope, milestones and costs are agreed before work starts.

05 / QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Let’s make it clear.

Should we build custom software or use an existing tool?

It depends on your workflow and constraints. We first consider whether an existing product can meet the need. A custom platform makes sense when your core processes, integrations or user experience need something more specific.

Can you start with an MVP?

Yes. We can help define a minimum useful version, identify assumptions and prioritise the core user journey. The goal is a focused product you can validate before expanding.

Can you connect our existing tools or ERP?

We review the available APIs, data formats and access permissions first. We then agree which integrations are feasible and include their dependencies in the scope. Some systems may require third-party approval or paid access.

What about data migration and security?

We discuss data types, access rules, migration requirements and hosting early. Backup, authentication and other controls are selected for the project. Any regulatory or compliance requirements must be identified and scoped explicitly.

How long does a platform take and what does it cost?

The answer depends on the users, workflows, integrations and first-release scope. After discovery, we propose milestones, responsibilities and a tailored quote. We do not promise a fixed timeline before understanding the project.

Who owns and maintains the software?

Ownership, source-code access, documentation, hosting accounts and support responsibilities are defined in the agreement. Ongoing maintenance and third-party costs are discussed separately.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. We can collaborate in English or French, with a review rhythm, communication channels and feedback responsibilities agreed at the start.
